Carmel-By-The-Sea – (12.8 miles west) Whimsical storybook architecture, hidden passageways, and tucked-away courtyards, there is much to be explored in this charming village by the sea. Stroll the town’s main block, Ocean Avenue to discover unique boutiques and local art galleries. You can find metropolitan shopping at Carmel Plaza, and plenty of diverse bakeries, coffee shops, markets, and restaurants.

Carmel Beach / Scenic Drive – (13.5 miles west) Carmel Beach is locally renowned for good surf, white sands, and legendary sunsets. Plus, it’s one of the most dog-friendly beaches in the area.

Carmel River Beach – (13.3 miles west) On Carmel Bay, the mile-long beach features a bird sanctuary in a lagoon (just before the Carmel River empties into the sea) featuring a wide variety of waterfowl and songbirds. River Beach also boasts breathtaking views of Point Lobos.

17-Mile Drive – (17 miles west) 17-Mile Drive is a scenic road through Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach, much of which hugs the Pacific coastline and passes famous golf courses and mansions. It is also home to the Lone Cypress
